April has been performing for over 30 years. She has worked in Cabaret,Theatre Restaurants, Voice Over, Children’s Theatre and as an Actor in plays and musicals.

Some of her theatre credits include Dora Strang in Equus, Oiusa in Six Degrees of Separation, Nicky in Sweet Charity, Muriel in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, all for OPUS Perfoming Arts; Ellen/Victoria in Cloud 9, Harald in Marat Sade, Mrs Prentice in What The Butler Saw for Adelaide Uni Theartre Guild; Muzzy in Thoroughly Modern Millie for the Met; and Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables for Shane David Presents; Killer Queen in We Will Rock You for Matt Byrne Media. Her favourite role to date has been Muma Rose in Gypsy for Gin and Vodka. 

Last year, April played Judith in Wicked Sisters for the The Stirling Players under the direction of Megan Dansie. She is thrilled to be working with Megan again, and super excited to be playing Roy. April is an advocate for people with bi-polar disorder which makes playing this rôle a very meaningful experience for her.
