Tracey's first theatrical experience was as a teenager at Q Theatre. Over the many intervening years, she has acted, directed and written for a variety of professional and community companies, as well as working in film and TV.

Her most notable roles include Chris in Calendar Girls for Matt Byrne Media, Wendy in the cult film, Maslin Beach, and Susan in the one-woman play, Bed Among the Lentils, for Bakehouse Theatre's Season of One. She is a performance-poet, MC and public speaker, having won SA Speaker of the Year on three occasions. She absolutely relates to Hester, as well as somewhat relating to all of the characters in this beautiful play.
